We had a leaky hot water heater in our house. I called Ogborn plumbing and they said it would be about a week before they can get to us. 30 minutes later they called me back and said that they just had an opening. The technician was at my house 10 minutes later. It took him 42 minutes to diagnose, tear out and replace the hot water heater. He had to move the washing machine, disconnect the electric, cut out the old pipes and he moved the old one out to the driveway so it can drain. He then grabbed a new unit off his truck, unpacked it and installed the hardware on it then installed it in the house and did all of the necessary piping to make sure it was installed correctly. Then he put the washing machine back and took away the old tank and trash. If I could give the technician a ten star review; I would!! Excellent job!!!!
