"Ogborn comes through again! Although it was not an emergency our 20 year old water heater was showing its age. Since I've used Ogborn a couple of times before I gave them a call and talked to Patrick, gave some info on our heater, and he gave me a couple of recommendations. Both options were reasonably priced so I agreed and we had the replacement scheduled within 72 hours. Their technician Ben came out and had the swap completed within 1.5 hours, answered all my "stupid" questions, and frankly went above and beyond to be friendly and professional.
